🔁 Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns for items that:

• Are unopened

• Retain their original factory seal

• Are returned within 14 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

🚫 Opened Products

Once a product has been opened or its seal broken, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange — even if it’s unused. We appreciate your understanding on this.

💬 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We may request photos of the issue to speed up the process.

📦 How to Return an Eligible Product

1. Email Support@PumpHaus.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team.

3. Send the item(s) back using a tracked delivery service.
   (Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
